Suite #101

Suite 101 is approximately 1050 sq ft with natural light in the front and back. The ceilings are nearly 10 ft which gives a nice relaxed feel to the interior space. The space is currently set up as three distinct areas: a wide open retail area up front, a commercial kitchen in the middle, and a storage/work area in the rear.

The electrical service is 240V 100A 3-phase power. The heating is via forced-air electric heater. The electrical systems were upgraded significantly around 2006.
