The upper floor at 841 Pioneer totals approximately 2400 sq ft.  There is a large open area at the front, a mid area, and four rooms in the rear.

The front of the building is all glass looking out onto Pioneer Way.

In the floorplans, each grid square represents 1 foot.

Plumbing Waste Piping

The floor at 841 is 6.5 inch thick solid reinforced concrete. If new piping is required, obviously, it can be done. If one wants to take advantage of the current waste piping, it is shown in blue in the following diagram. The locations are approximate, but pretty accurate:

841 Lower Level

Important: The lower level is not included in the 841 main floor lease!

The lower level floorplan is shown here to indicate how the upper floor interacts with the lower level. Most of the lower level is devoted to storage units.  Not including the apartment space, the storage/shop area totals approximately 1670 sq ft.

The most important thing is that the area basically corresponding to the reception area hallway is over top of an apartment in the lower level. The grey squares are the concrete pilings that the building sits on. The building's construction is very robust!
