Suite 102 is approximately 1150 sq ft with natural light in the front and back. The ceilings are nearly 10 ft which gives a nice relaxed feel to the interior space. In addition to its wide open main area, there is a bathroom, a storage area and a private utility room with double sink. The electrical service is 240V 100A 3-phase power. The heating is via forced-air electric heater.

The electrical systems were upgraded significantly in 2019. There is an abundance of LED spot/flood lighting along the walls and plenty of new power outlets located throughout the space.
