The rear space is currently configured as an office and a classroom area. The wall separating the two areas can be removed if desired.
The space at the back on the left is currently configured as a classroom/demonstration area. It could be doubled in size by removing the wall creating the office.
The space at the back on the left is currently configured as an office. The wall on the right of this photo is easily removed to convert the space into something else.
The bath is in the public area, but most tenants so far have just put a 'private' sign on the door.
In addition to the bath, there is a utility room with a dual sink.
The storage room contains the water heater. There is room for 3 feet of shelving on the west wall and 8 feet of shelving units along the east wall. There is a dedicated 20A power circuit for the utility room.
